UV markings on Philippine stamps part 2

This is another design of UV markings I found on Philippine stamps. It features the Philippine Postal Corporation's name (PhilPost) and logo in various orientations. The markings appear orange under UV light.

These stamps were issued by the Philippines on 28 August 2009 to celebrate 40 years of diplomatic relations with Singapore. The M/S of 16 features the Bamban Bridge and Marcelo B. Fernan Bridge in the Philippines, and the Cavengh Bridge and the Henderson Waves in Singapore.

      plausible reasons:

      1) para hindi mapeke
      2) para ma-identify kung sino ang printer nung stamp
