First three postcards from postcrossing

Last July 1, I received my first three postcards from postcrossing.
The first card is from Lisa of Taiwan.

Her postcard features the Anping Old Castle in Tainan, Taiwan. It is built on the foundations of the Dutch stronghold named Fort Zeelandia. It was the anchor point of early settlements in Tainan for both the Dutch and the Chinese. The fortress was built over ten years from 1624–1634 by the Dutch Verenigde Oostindische Compagnie during their 38-year rule over the western part of Taiwan. Although the site has been previously named Fort Zeelandia, Orange City (奧倫治城), Anping City (安平城), and Tayoan City (台灣城), the current name of the site in Chinese is Fort Anping (安平古堡). Tainan is the oldest city in Taiwan and was the capital during imperial times.

The second card is from Petra of Finland.

Her card features the Häme Castle, a medieval royal castle in Hämeenlinna, Finland. The Häme Castle and its redbrick barracks are on the shore of Lake Vanajavesi. It is believed to have been built at the end of the 13th century, following the crusade by Swedish Earl Birger to Häme region. During the Middle Ages the original fortified camp was built into a residential castle for its commandant. In the 18th century a third storey was built and curtain wall buildings partly replaced the original outer walls. The castle and its surroundings were in prison use from 1837 to 1972. The castle has been a museum since 1988.

The third card is from Jessica of the United States of America.

Her card features the a wine cellar in Castello di Amorosa (lit. Castle of Love), an authentically-styled, 13th century Tuscan castle winery replete with high walls and five defensive towers and over 30 acres of estate vineyards. It was built over a 15-year period by Dario Sattui, a fourth generation winemaker and owner of V. Sattui Winery in St. Helena, California. Construction started in 1994 and the castle opened to the public in 2007.
